Doodlify: A Cartoony Story

I all started with an idea....

It all started when a couple of friends out of complete desperation wanted to found a company, but struggled to find an idea of where to begin.

One of them then suggested out of the blue that they could sell merch, thereby utilizing his background as a cartoon artist

Not so long after, doodlify was born as a concept, based on the simple idea that cartoons would be converted into merch

The process of building a company

After a lot of planning and work, and quite a bit of dedication, Doodlify became a brand. It got its own website and its own visual identity.

Deals were made with providers that could quickly and efficiently supply doodlify with the materilais needed to create its products.

Besides offering a selection of Cartoon-products (aka "Doodles"), Doodlify also offered custom merch. "Doodlify yourself", as the tagline went.

Our model Emma became one of the first ones to aid in the growth of Doodlify.

After friends and loved ones started to take an interest, additional help was also granted went it came to marketing and branding.

Doodlify also started to establish itself on social media.

Slowly, more people started to get invlolved

A collaborative community takes shape

It did not take long until the CTO of Doodlify had the idea to extend the premise beyond having one single brand.

And so, collabmarkt was initially created, as a community to host not only Doodlify, but also to host the brands, merchandise and websites of other companies and organizations.

In the end, Doodlify could proudly count itself as the first collab partner under at Collabmarkt.com
